Christopher Pollard, DDS
Dr. Christopher Pollard graduated from Texas A&M University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology before obtaining his DDS from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1988. He became a dentist so he could combine his love for science with his desire to help others. Dr. Pollard is an active member of the Texas Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Dallas County Dental Society, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the Academy of Laser Dentistry, and the Sleep Disorder Dental Society. In addition, Dr. Pollard completed an intensive ten-month, 320 hour, dental implant maxi-course with the Medical College of Georgia’s Dental School. He passed the certification exam given by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and is currently pursuing his fellowship accreditation.
Dr. Pollard is married and has two children. Dr. Pollard and his family attend the Wylie Church of Christ in Wylie, Texas, where he serves as an elder and teaches bible classes. He and his wife enjoy teaching children's Sunday school classes, and when Dr. Pollard is not at the office or the church building, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and smoking meats.
